Episcopal Church of the Ascension, although they only administer about 5 weddings a year, they were very interested in encouraging healthy marriages in their congregation. Prior to establishing their own ministry, they hosted two ANTHEM - Twogether in Texas workshops. In January, Reverend Ernest McAfee attended the Within Our Reach training down in College Station. There are over 4,000 families who have been affected by attending a relationship strengthening workshop hosted by ANTHEM. These workshops are FREE and they are open to everyone! ANTHEM is always looking for volunteers to help us spread the word and share the love. Help us educate the public at our event booths by passing out flyers and answering questions. Get involved with our yearly events like Black Marriage Day, Rock the Block, and Hispanic Marriage Celebration.
