Viva La Familia
promotes the strengthening of Hispanic/Latino families. Dallas Hispanic/Latino population is now estimated at 36.4and rapidly growing. In order to reach these families with culturally-competent sensitivity, Viva La Familia is bringing together community leaders to form a council who will direct and support strong Hispanic families through Town Hall Meetings, participation in Health Fairs, Spanish-speaking churches and organizations, radio and television and events such as, National Hispanic Marriage Day.
